BBQ Spice Rub
Servings: 1 Cup
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Chipotle Powder
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 2 tbsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Mustard Powder
- Whisk all ingredients together making sure to break up any clumps.
- Pour the spice mixture into a jar or airtight container
- To use: Shake or sprinkle evenly to coat the meat. Lightly pat.
